A partial lunar eclipse will be visible Monday night in all parts of the country.
In Tokyo, if it is clear, the moon will start waning from the lower right at 6:59 p.m. in the southeastern sky, and the eclipse will end at 9:07 p.m. The eclipse will be best seen at 8:03 p.m. when about 38 percent of its surface is shaded.
