Japan should help end U.S. domination of World Bank

Once again, the seat of the World Bank president has been reserved for the United States, leaving questions about the transparency of the selection process. Dartmouth College President Jim Yong Kim will succeed Robert Zoellick after the latter's retirement at the end of June. Kim, a South Korean-born American, was backed by U.S. President Barack Obama.
