New satellite imagery of Japan's disaster areas

Last March, a devastating earthquake and tsunami hit Japan. At the time, satellite imagery proved to be a useful tool in visualizing the affected areas. Updated imagery taken by GeoEye in February and March has now been added to Google Earth and Google Maps, providing a telling view of what the affected areas look like a year into recovery. (Google)
